Refund Policy
At Yano Charge Private limited, We commit to provide quality service to our customers, and this refund policy indicates the situations for which refunds will be issued for charges executed via Yano mobile app.
If you have done a transaction or a payment for using our services and wish to request a refund, the request must be submitted within 90 days from the date of the particular transaction. You will not be eligible for the refund of the transaction or Payments made beyond this time period.
Eligibility condition for Refunds
Customers/User will be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
• In case, you were charged for a charging session which could not be started due to any software in mobile application or the main server, or if the charging equipment was not working properly or it was out of service, you are eligible for a refund.
• In the case, the payment or transaction was successful & customer/user was not able to go to the booking page, all the required details of the transaction such as transaction id or reference number will be requested to collect from user and will be checked and verified by our team. If found genuine, user will be eligible for refund & shall be processed.
Raising a Refund request
• To request a refund, please contact the us by sending a e-mail to [email protected] or by calling 8826124455. Please include your name, email address, phone number, and a detailed description of the issue or concern that you faced. We will review your request and analyse the situation for warranting the refund in case issues pertaining to the services are found genuine.
Processing of Refunds
• In case, your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your Yano account in form of the credits, or refunded to the original payment method if requested.
Changes or Modification in Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. If we make any changes or modification in the policy, we will be the updating the policy on this page. We will notify the changes as "Last Updated" with the date of changes at the top of the page. We always encourage you to review this policy.
